I spent Saturday, which just happened to be National Scrapbooking Day, making an 8 x 8 baby album to give to a friend at her surprise shower on Sunday. I'll save a link to all the layouts for my next post, but I wanted to share this card since it fits in with my last post about wanting to step out and try something new! And this is the first time I've used scrapbook paper to make a card. I've seen so many lovely cards use scrapbook paper in their designs but I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to my own pretty papers. Since these papers were leftovers from the album and they were purchased for a friend, I had an easier time putting them to another use. And it just happens to qualify for my personal challenge at the same time.

I love the results! And I just love little baby girls, too. Ah!
