View the card and see the supplies I used here, at my gallery: For Father.
I used the Cracked Glass technique on the greeting for this card. Otherwise, there's nothing fancy about it. A good card to make when your feeling very pregnant and hope your dad is happy that you even remembered Father's Day this year. Ha!
I'm happy at least to NOT have used a leaf stamp to make this card. That seems to be the extent of my masculine collection. I did borrow a friend's Travel Abroad set one year to make this Father's Day card. And it ended up on Stampin' Up!'s demonstrator site as one of the cards of the day! That was very exciting. I'm thinking I need at least ONE good set for guys. They are so hard to stamp for. Or maybe I'm too girly! ::giggle::

I've been wanting to try that cracked glass technique! I think the men in my family are tired of seeing balmy breezes. I've been using my Letterpress Alpha to spell out some masculine-type greetings. Boy cards are dumb...
I like it - and you are right about using the same sets over and over. I'm running out of time for Father's Day so I may have to borrow this idea! And in case you go early, good luck and I hope all goes well!
Aw, man! And the set I wanted to get was Balmy Breezes! LOL! Boy cards are too hard!
Thanks, Laura for the warm wishes. :)
